We, Olga and Sjoerd,
are assisting others in times of change.
We went through life changing experiences
and processes of healing ourselves, and we still do.
When we met, we merged our methods
and qualities in a cooperation.

We can accompany you in your journey.
A journey of ‘feeling again’,
reconnecting with yourself and the world, expressing yourself
and making (big) changes in life.

In a green area just outside of Warsaw,
we created a space for rest, (re)connection
with yourself and with nature.

Art-of-Light was born out of passion
for healing and art,

as an art of living. The "art-of-light"

as we name it.

Everyone’s ‘body’ has collected
many experiences (incl. traumas) through life.
Some of them don't serve us any longer.
They stand in our way of a fulfilling life,
even to the point we get sick, stuck and lost.

We offer sessions to transform
your ‘old’ experiences or ‘stories’
into ‘new’ ones.
We connect to unconscious leftovers from your (traumatic) life experiences (birth, childhood…),
history of your ancestors,
and other 'disbalances' stored in your body memory.
Next we help you to see how this body memories can play out in your life (patterns), relationships and health today.
We support you in recognising and accepting these, and change them for new supporting ones.

We have backgrounds in science, art, art-therapy and alternative therapies. We apply ancient Chinese, Ayurvedic and other practices, but our life experience and our trained susceptible bodies is what we use most...

We work through connecting with the subconscious and higher conscious 'sides' of ourselves and others.
